Use Case Description

This campaign sends appointment information – confirmation & reminder messages to leads and customers once they have filled out a form or booked an appointment with Triad Extra Hands on Triad Extra Hands website and opted-in to receive promotional and notification SMS from Triad Extra Hands.

Example Message #2

Hey Jim! This is Edward from Triad Extra Hands. I see that you weren’t able to make it for our appointment. Would you like to reschedule? – www.triadextrahands.com/contact-us. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

How do lead/contacts consent to receive messages?

End User opt-in by visiting – https://www.triadextrahands.com and filling in their details. Users check a box to receive notifications & promotional messages to provide their consent. Additionally end users can also text START to +1 (336) 560-8796.

Opt-in Message

You have successfully opted-in to receive notification and promotional SMS from Triad Extra Hands. Please reply STOP if you need to Opt-out in the future.

Opt-Out Message

You have successfully opted-out to receive notification and promotional SMS from Triad Extra Hands. Please reply with START if you would like to Opt-in and subscribe.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS.
